BIO-SHIELD Aflatoxin M1 FAST

Single-standard ELISA method of 48 or 96 wells, quantifying Aflatoxin M1 within the range of 5-150 ppt in raw, pasteurized, UHT milk and milk powder, adjusted to the EU legislation limit of 50 ppt, in 30 minutes.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Bio-Shield M1 Fast is a fast, and cost-effective screening methods for aflatoxin m1 in milk. The assay was developed and validated without any standard curve. After running the only standard of 0 ppt Aflatoxin M1 and the samples, concentrations are obtained by interpolation with the batchprovided master-curve. Also the free software Prognosis Data reader can auto correct the time delay between the samples allowing for analysis of up to 47 samples with just on standard used.
