REFRIGERATED FOOD HOMOGENIZER
Refrigerated homogenizer with stainless steel blades, for preparing food samples before nutritional and chemical analysis, avoiding moisture loss and heating of samples, factors that can cause erroneous analytical results. Equipment that allows obtaining standardized, accurate and highly repeatable analysis results. The homogenization chamber includes a group of stainless steel blades, easy to disassemble and clean and with a capacity of 2 L. Microprocessor control of speed, time and temperature. Each program can include different speed/temperature/time progressions with a maximum of 16 steps/program.
