Aspergillus fumigatus detection test kit by using qPCR. Aspergillus fumigatus is a fungus and is one of the most frequent cause of invasive fungal infection in immunosuppressed individuals. Additionally, it can cause chronic pulmonary infections, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, or allergic disease in immunocompetent hosts.

Systemic fungal infections (fungemias) have emerged as important causes of morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised patients. Healthcare facilities in several countries have reported that C. auris has caused severe illness in hospitalized patients with weakened immune systems. It can cause invasive candidiasi. Some strains of C. auris are resistant to all three major classes of antifungal drugs.

Cryptococcus neoformans/gatti detection test kit by using qPCR. Cryptococcus neoformans and C. gattii are two closely related species of encapsulated yeast belonging to the Cryptococcaceae family. C. neoformanss is an obligate aerobe that can live in both plants and animals and can cause cryptococcosis in immunocompromised, hosts. C. gattii (formerly known as Cryptococcus neoformans var. gattii) is found primarily in tropical/subtropical climates and causes human pulmonary cryptococcosis, basal meningitis, and cerebral cryptococcosis.

Cryptosporidium spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Cryptosporidium can cause respiratory and gastrointestinal illness (cryptosporidiosis). The disease primarily involves watery diarrhea (intestinal cryptosporidiosis) with or without a persistent cough (respiratory cryptosporidiosis) in both, immunocompetent and immunodeficient humans. In humans, the main ones responsible for the disease are C. parvum and C.hominis (previously C.parvum genotype 1) but C. canis, C. felis, C. meleagridis and C. muris can also cause disease in humans.
