Availability of various planochromatic and semi-apochromatic IOS objectives. For fluorescence available high quality semi-apochromatic lens. Presence of ECO button allowing automatic off after 20 minutes of inactivity. Optional accessories for professional digital image analysis and software to simplify workflow.
