PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The celiac disease is a disorder caused by an inappropriate immune response to prolamins from gluten found in some wheat, rye, barley and, to a lesser extent, in oats.
Rapid test for Gluten is a qualitative and immunochromatographic rapid test for detection of gluten traces in food and working surfaces. The assay is based on the reaction of the prolamins with a specific antibody coated with red particles. The appearance of two lines, red and blue, on the strip test is a positive result.
