Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline infectious peritonitis virus

Brand: GPCRs
Feline infectious peritonitis virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline infectious peritonitis virus is infectious to cats worldwide. It is responsible for feline infectious peritonitis, an uncommon, but usually fatal, aberrant immune response. The disease signs include chronic weight loss, anorexia, pyrexia, depression, fever, and vasculitis. Fluid in the abdomen, thorax, or pericardium is symptomatic of wet form. Granulomatous changes in the organs is symptomatic of dry form.

Background:Feline infectious peritonitis virus detection by using qPCR.
Feline infectious peritonitis virus is a positive-stranded RNA coronavirus that is infectious to cats worldwide. It is responsible for feline infectious peritonitis, an uncommon, but usually fatal, aberrant immune response. The virus replicates in the gut, but spreads systemically in the circulation and has the ability to replicate in monocytes and macrophages causing two main forms effusive (wet) and non-effusive (dry). The disease signs include chronic weight loss, anorexia, pyrexia, depression, fever, and vasculitis. Fluid in the abdomen, thorax, or pericardium is symptomatic of wet form. Granulomatous changes in the organs is symptomatic of dry form.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian infectious bronchitis virus

Avian infectious bronchitis virus (AIBV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Avian infectious bronchitis virus is a coronavirus (ssRNA) that infects chickens, causing the associated disease infectious bronchitis. It is a highly infectious avian pathogen that affects the respiratory tract, gut, kidney, and reproductive systems of chickens. AIBV affects the performance of both meat-producing and egg-producing birds and is responsible for substantial economic loss within the poultry industry.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Feline leukemia virus

Feline leukemia virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Feline leukemia virus infects cats and can be transmitted through the transfer of saliva or nasal secretions. It causes a disease that impairs the cat’s immune system and causes certain types of cancer. This virus infection is responsible for a majority of deaths in household cats, affecting all breeds.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Infectious bursal disease virus

Infectious bursal disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious bursal disease virus, only the serotype 1 viruses cause disease in poultry. The infectious bursal disease virus is responsible for Infectious bursal disease a highly contagious disease in young chickens. It has economic relevance to the poultry industry worldwide due to increased susceptibility to other diseases and negative interference with effective vaccination.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine distemper virus

Canine distemper virus (CDV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Canine distemper is a viral disease that is most commonly associated with domestic animals such as dogs and ferrets, although it can infect wild animals as well. Despite extensive vaccination in many regions, it remains a major disease in dogs.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bovine leukemia virus

Bovine leukemia virus detection test kit by using qPCR. BLV infection often does not cause any clinical signs, however, about 30 % of the infected animals develop lymphoproliferation and about 5 % develop leukemia. Finally, 1 to 5 % of all infected cattle, develop malignant tumors known as lymphosarcomas.
