Real Time PCR Detection Kit Foot-and-mouth disease virus

Brand: GPCRs
Foot-and-mouth disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Foot-and-Mouth disease or Hoof-and-Mouth disease (Aphthae epizooticae) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed animals, including domestic and wild animals. Foot-and-Mouth disease is highly infectious and can be spread by infected animals through aerosols, through contact with contaminated farming equipment, vehicles, clothing or feed, and by domestic and wild predators. There are seven described serotypes of this virus, A, C, O, Asia 1, SAT3, SAT 1 and SAT 2.

Background:Foot-and-mouth disease virus detection by using qPCR.
Foot-and-Mouth disease or Hoof-and-Mouth disease (Aphthae epizooticae) is an infectious and sometimes fatal viral disease that affects cloven-hoofed animals, including domestic and wild animals. Foot-and-Mouth disease is highly infectious and can be spread by infected animals through aerosols, through contact with contaminated farming equipment, vehicles, clothing or feed, and by domestic and wild predators. Foot-and-Mouth disease is caused by a picornavirus, a non-enveloped, positive-stranded RNA virus with an icosahedral capsid and genetically highly variable, which limits the effectiveness of vaccination. Of the seven described serotypes of this virus, A, C, O, Asia 1 and SAT3 appear to be distinct lineages; SAT 1 and SAT 2 are unresolved clades.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Infectious bursal disease virus

Infectious bursal disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Infectious bursal disease virus, only the serotype 1 viruses cause disease in poultry. The infectious bursal disease virus is responsible for Infectious bursal disease a highly contagious disease in young chickens. It has economic relevance to the poultry industry worldwide due to increased susceptibility to other diseases and negative interference with effective vaccination.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Foot-and-mouth disease virus type A

Foot-and-mouth disease virus type A (FMDV-A) species by using qPCR. Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus

Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Lumpy skin disease virus

Detection by using qPCR of species of the virus causing Lumpy skin disease (LSDV). Lumpy skin disease mainly affects cattle and zebus but has also been seen in giraffes, African buffalo, and impalas. It is spread by biting insects.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Goatpox virus

Goatpox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Goat pox virus is closely related to Sheeppox virus and Lumpy skin disease virus. The disease is characterized by fever, papules, odular and sometimes pustular lesions on the skin. Transmission is usually by aerosol after close contact with severely affected animals containing ulcerated papules on the mucous membranes.
