Real Time PCR Detection Kit Fowl aviadenovirus A

Brand: GPCRs
Fowl aviadenovirus A detection test kit by using qPCR. Fowl adenovirus are classified into five diverse species (FAdV-A to FAdV-E), based on genomic differences, and numerous serotypes (FAdV-1 to 8a and 8b to 11) following the cross-neutralization test. Avian adenoviruses have been associated with diverse disease patterns including the inclusion of body hepatitis, bronchitis, pulmonary congestion, and edema in different bird species. FAdV-A has a worldwide distribution and appears to be ubiquitous in poultry farms.

Background:Fowl aviadenovirus A detection by using qPCR.
Fowl adenovirus is a non-enveloped, double-stranded DNA virus in the genus Aviadenovirus within the family Adenoviridae. They are classified into five diverse species (FAdV-A to FAdV-E), based on genomic differences, and numerous serotypes (FAdV-1 to 8a and 8b to 11) following the cross-neutralization test. Avian adenoviruses have been associated with diverse disease patterns including the inclusion of body hepatitis, bronchitis, pulmonary congestion, and edema in different bird species. Fowl adenovirus A species contains only serotype 1 and is attributed to be the main agent of the adenoviral gizzard erosion. Common symptoms include apathy, anorexia, and increased mortality, as well as association with gross lesions in the gizzard and/or the upper intestinal tract. FAdV-A has a worldwide distribution and appears to be ubiquitous in poultry farms.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Capripoxvirus

Detection test kit of Capripoxvirus by using qPCR. Closely related viruses: Goatpox virus (GTPV), and Sheeppox virus (SPPV), and Lumpy skin disease virus (LSDV). The natural hosts from which these were isolated include goats, sheep, and cattle, respectively. The diseases they cause are characterized by fever, papules, and nodular and sometimes pustular lesions on the skin.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Canine and feline parvoviruses

Canine and feline parvoviruses detection test kit by using qPCR. Also known as Feline panleukopenia virus. FPLV and CPV-2 transmission occurs among carnivores. Transmission is through contact with an infected animal’s body fluids (usually feces) and is extremely virulent and contagious. The signs are similarly leading to lethargy, bloody diarrhea, dehydration, and often death. Secondary infections can occur due to a decrease in the white blood cells, thus compromising the immune system.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Goatpox virus

Goatpox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Goat pox virus is closely related to Sheeppox virus and Lumpy skin disease virus. The disease is characterized by fever, papules, odular and sometimes pustular lesions on the skin. Transmission is usually by aerosol after close contact with severely affected animals containing ulcerated papules on the mucous membranes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Maedi-Visna virus

Maedi-Visna virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Maedi-Visna is a chronic viral disease prevalent in adult sheep, but rarely can be found in certain species of goat. It causes encephalitis and chronic pneumonitis. It is known as Visna when found in the brain, and Maedi when infecting the lungs. The natural transmission of Maedi-Visna virus is mostly by the respiratory route, but also to newborn lambs by colostrum and milk.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Reticuloendotheliosis virus

Detection test kit of all serotypes of Reticuloendotheliosis virus species by using qPCR. Reticuloendotheliosis virus belongs to the group of avian retroviruses. There are different syndromes associated with REV, including a runting disease syndrome, chronic neoplasia of lymphoid and other tissues and acute reticulum cell neoplasia. The various syndromes caused by REV resemble both Marek’s and avian leukosis. Runting disease has been reported in chickens through the application of vaccines contaminated with the virus.
