Real Time PCR Detection Kit Mycoplasmas Haemo Group

Brand: GPCRs
Mycoplasma haemofelis detection test kit by using qPCR. Mycoplasma haemofelis (formerly Haemobartonella felis) infect cats. It is the causative agent of feline infectious anemia. The bacteria can be transmitted from one animal to another by blood-feeding arthropods, such as fleas and ticks. The assay can detect closely related haemoplasmas as Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum and Candidatus Mycoplasma turicensis (previously classified also as Haemobartonella felis). Other haemoplasmas can be detected as well as M. haemocanis, M. coccoides, M. suis, M. wenyonii and M. parvum.

Background:Mycoplasma haemofelis (formerly Haemobartonella felis), a Gram-negative epierythrocytic parasitic bacteria infecting cats. It is the causative agent of feline infectious anemia, a disease leading to massive bacteremia of red blood cells and severe hemolytic anemia. Other haemoplasmas can be detected as well as M. haemocanis, M. coccoides, M. suis, M. wenyonii and M. parvum.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Anaplasma phagocytophilum

Anaplasma phagocytophilum detection test kit by using qPCR. Formerly Ehrlichia phagocytophilum is a obligate bacterium of neutrophils. It causes anaplasmosis in sheep and cattle, also known as tick-borne fever and pasture fever.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Brachyspira hyodysenteriae

Brachyspira hyodysenteriae detection test kit by using qPCR. Formerly Treponema hyodysenteriae and Serpulina hyodysenteriae is a pathogenic bacteria colonizes the large intestine of pigs causing dysentery. Swine dysentery is easily spread by the fecal-oral route due to the ability of B. hyodysenteriae to survive several weeks in moist feces from infected pigs. The disease can lead to stunted growth rates and death, which can be extremely costly when the swine are raised for food purposes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Brachyspira pilosicoli

Brachyspira pilosicoli detection test kit by using qPCR. Formerly Serpulina pilosicoli it causes intestinal spirochaetosis in pigs, but it has also been isolated from dogs, birds and mice and also can cause zoonotic infection in humans. Dogs are thought to be a source of infection for people. Infection of B. pilosicoli is acquired through the fecal-oral route. Affected pigs may be inappetent and grow slowly.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae

Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae detection test kit by using qPCR. It has been recognized as a pathogen in animals, particularly swine but is ubiquitous in nature and has been reported to be a colonizer of fish, shellfish, birds, and even insects. E. rhusiopathiae causes a disease known as erysipelas in animals and erysipeloid in humans. Infections commonly present in a mild cutaneous form.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Histophilus somni

Histophilus somni detection test kit by using qPCR. Haemophilus somnus, Haemophilus agni and Histophilus ovis is a parasitic organism that typically lives as a commensal organism in its host. This organism has 3 primary forms: reproductive tract, urinary tract, and respiratory tract; causing a wide variety of diseases ranging from pneumonia, abortion, arthritis, myocarditis, and septicemia in cattle, sheep, and American bison. It is able to spread throughout cattle herds undetected until symptoms begin to occur.
