qPCR kit that allow detecting and differenciatign Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, Porcine deltacoronavirus and Transmissible gastroenteritis virus

DESCRIPTION:
This kit is a qPCR assay that allows detecting Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, Porcine deltacoronavirus and Transmissible gastroenteritis virus genome in porcine sample.

SUMMARY AND EXPLANATION:
Porcine viral diarrhea is a major concern for the world pig farming industry and can result in substantial losses. Porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is characterized by severe enteritis, watery diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration. Although pigs of all ages are at risk of acquiring the infection, PED has a highest mortality rate among suckling piglets. Another virus called transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) also causes severe gastroenteritis similar to PEDV and belongs to the same virus family with PEDV. Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV), a novel genus of Coronaviridae was first reported in Hong Kong in 2009 and 2010. As PEDV and TGEV, PDCoV is enteropathogenic in pigs because diarrhea and vomiting was observed in experimentally PDCoV-infected piglets. Diagnostic tools are needed to detect theses pathogens from clinical samples since all three coronaviruses cause similar clinical symptoms early in the disease, making it impossible to identify without testing which specific virus is at the root of the infection on the farm. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR is an accurate and sensitive method, allowing high-throughput detection and quantitation of viral loads using small volumes.

CHARACTERISTICS:
- Test per kit: 50 samples
- qPCR Results within two hours

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine epidemic diarrhoea virus (PEDV)

Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The porcine epidemic diarrhea virus infects the cells lining the small intestine of pigs causing porcine epidemic diarrhea, a condition of severe diarrhea and dehydration. Older hogs mostly get sick and lose weight after being infected, while newborn piglets usually die. PEDV has a substantial economic burden given that it is highly infectious, resulting in significant morbidity and mortality in piglets.

ELISA TEST Transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) and Porcine respiratory coronavirus (PRCV) Swinecheck

Immunoenzymatic assay for the detection and differentiation of antibodies against transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) and porcine respiratory coronavirus (PRCV) in porcine serum.

REAL TIME PCR DETECTION TEST KIT Bovine Viral Diarrhea virus (BVDV-BDV) Bovichek

qPCR kit for the detection of Bovine Viral Diarrhea virus (BVDV) in various samples of cattle (blood, lungs, etc.)

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Bovine viral diarrhea virus-Border disease virus

Bovine viral diarrhea virus Border disease virus detection test kit by using qPCR. It is considered one of the most significant infectious diseases in the livestock industry. The most common consequences of Bovine viral diarrhea virus infection are respiratory and reproductive problems. Transient infections include diarrhea, calf pneumonia, decreased milk production, reproductive disorders, increased occurrence of other diseases, and death. The virus is transmitted via direct contact, bodily secretions, and contaminated fomites.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Avian infectious bronchitis virus

Avian infectious bronchitis virus (AIBV) detection test kit by using qPCR. Avian infectious bronchitis virus is a coronavirus (ssRNA) that infects chickens, causing the associated disease infectious bronchitis. It is a highly infectious avian pathogen that affects the respiratory tract, gut, kidney, and reproductive systems of chickens. AIBV affects the performance of both meat-producing and egg-producing birds and is responsible for substantial economic loss within the poultry industry.
