Also known as Pasteurella anatis, cause zoonotic infections in humans that manifest themselves as skin or soft tissue infections after an animal bite. This species is a pathogen of poultry. The species Gallibacterium anatis is of particular interest in veterinary medicine because it infects the reproductive organs of laying hens, reducing egg production.

Detection test kit of Gallid herpesvirus 2 species by using qPCR. Gallid herpesvirus 2 (or Marek’s disease virus; MDV). GaHV-2 is responsible for Marek’s disease, a highly contagious viral neoplastic disease in chickens. The route of infection is usually respiratory and the disease is highly contagious being spread by infective feather-follicle dander, fomites, etc. Infected birds remain viraemic for life. Diagnosis in poultry is complicated due to multiple etiological agents capable of causing very similar tumors.

Giardia intestinalis detection test kit by using qPCR. Also known as Giardia lamblia it colonizes and reproduces in the small intestine, causing giardiasis. Infection usually occurs through ingestion of G. intestinalis cysts in water (including both unfiltered drinking water and recreational waters) or food contaminated by the feces of infected humans or animals. G. intestinalis infects humans, but it is also one of the most common parasites infecting cats, dogs and birds. Mammalian hosts also include cattle, beavers, deer, and sheep.

Giardia is a flagellated protozoon that causes enteric infection giardiasis in dogs and occasionally cats, reptiles, and humans; it is a condition of significant zoonotic concern. Signs vary from acute to chronic or intermittent diarrhea. Transmission is via cysts that are shed in the feces or water.

Despite their prevalence in amphibians and reptiles, the genus is better known in veterinary circles for causing a tick-borne disease called hepatozoonosis in some mammals. It is able to spread throughout cattle herds undetected until symptoms begin to occur.

It is produced by many different cell types and acts on B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, hepatocytes, hematopoietic progenitor cells, and cells of the central nervous system. IL-6 stimulates the inflammatory and auto-immune processes in many diseases such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, depression, Alzheimer’s Disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple myeloma, prostate cancer, Behçet’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. Circumstantial evidence has suggested that a functional homolog of mammalian IL-6 exists in chickens. IL-6 is one of the most pleiotropic interleukins released at sites of injury or infection.

Lawsonia intracellularis detection test kit by using qPCR. Lawsonia intracellularis it causes intestinal hyperplasia mainly in pigs but can infect a wide range of mammalian and avian species. The disease has two clinical manifestations in pigs: acute hemorrhagic diarrhea and sudden death of pigs. L. intracellularis is widespread among swine herds in different types of production systems and in all parts of the world.

Detection by using qPCR of species of the genus Leishmania (Leishmania major, L. tropica, L. infantum, L. chagasi, L. donovani, L. mexicana venezuelensis, L. aethiopica, L. amazonensis, L. mexicana amazonensis, L. turanica, L. gerbilli, L. panamensis, L. braziliensis, etc.). Leishmania is a genus of Trypanosomatidprotozoa and is the parasite responsible for the disease leishmaniasis. Their primary hosts are vertebrates; Leishmania commonly infects hyraxes, canids, rodents, and humans.

Leptospira interrogans detection test kit by using qPCR. Leptospira interrogans is the causative agent of leptospirosis that can affect animals and humans, and is considered the most widespread zoonotic disease. Without treatment, leptospirosis can lead to kidney damage, meningitis, liver failure, respiratory distress, and in severe cases even death. The spread of the disease can be attributed to L. interrogans thriving in soil and water without a host for extended periods.

The infection is commonly transmitted to humans by allowing water that has been contaminated by animal urine to come in contact with unhealed breaks in the skin, the eyes, or the mucous membranes.
