Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine epidemic diarrhoea virus (PEDV)

Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus detection test kit by using qPCR. The porcine epidemic diarrhea virus infects the cells lining the small intestine of pigs causing porcine epidemic diarrhea, a condition of severe diarrhea and dehydration. Older hogs mostly get sick and lose weight after being infected, while newborn piglets usually die. PEDV has a substantial economic burden given that it is highly infectious, resulting in significant morbidity and mortality in piglets.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine parvovirus 1 (PPV)

Porcine parvovirus 1 detection test kit by using qPCR. There are other genotypes of Porcine parvovirus (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) but belong to more distant taxa (different genera). PPV-1 is the most common and important cause of infectious infertility, causing embryonic and fetal death in the absence of maternal clinical signs. The virus is ubiquitous among swine throughout the world and is enzootic in most herds that have been tested. PPV-1 is unusual because it can persist outside the pig for many months and it is resistant to most disinfectants.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus type 1 (PRRS)

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus type I detection test kit by using qPCR. Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) causes disease in pigs, called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, also known as blue-ear pig disease, characterized by reproductive failure in breeding stock and respiratory tract illness in young pigs. According to the characteristics of their genome, PRRSV can be divided into two genotypes: European (type I) and North American (type II).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus type 2

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus type 2 detection test kit by using qPCR. PRRSV causes disease in pigs, called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, also known as blue-ear pig disease, characterized by reproductive failure in breeding stock and respiratory tract illness in young pigs. According to the characteristics of their genome, PRRSV can be divided into two genotypes: European (type 1) and North American (type 2).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rabies virus

Rabies virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Rabies virus is the causative agent of acute progressive encephalitis (rabies) in mammals, including humans, and is transmitted through an animal with rabies directly by bites, scratches, or contamination of mucous membranes with infected saliva. Animals with rabies suffer deterioration of the brain and tend to behave bizarrely and often aggressively, increasing the chances that they will bite another animal or a person and transmit the disease.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Respiratory diseases of small ruminants

Respiratory bacterial pathogens of small ruminants Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Bibersteinia trehalosi and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae detection test kit by using qPCR. Sheeps and goats are highly susceptible to respiratory diseases. Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Bibersteinia trehalosi and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae are important bacterial pathogens associated with pneumonia in small ruminants. M. haemolytica and P. multocida can be cultured from the upper respiratory tract of healthy sheep and goats.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Reticuloendotheliosis virus

Detection test kit of all serotypes of Reticuloendotheliosis virus species by using qPCR. Reticuloendotheliosis virus belongs to the group of avian retroviruses. There are different syndromes associated with REV, including a runting disease syndrome, chronic neoplasia of lymphoid and other tissues and acute reticulum cell neoplasia. The various syndromes caused by REV resemble both Marek’s and avian leukosis. Runting disease has been reported in chickens through the application of vaccines contaminated with the virus.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Riemerella anatipestifer

Detection test kit of Riemerella anatipestifer by using qPCR. Riemerella anatipestifer causes septicemia and death in young ducks and geese throughout the world. There are 21 known serotypes and infection is spread horizontally between birds. Infection may be referred to as Duck Septicemia, Goose ‘flu, Riemerellosis, New duck disease, and Polyserositis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rift valley fever virus

Detection test kit of all serotypes of Rift valley fever virus species by using qPCR. Rift valley fever virus (RVFV) is responsible for Rift valley fever, a viral zoonosis that primarily affects animals but also has the capacity to infect humans. Infection can cause severe diseases in both animals and humans. The virus is transmitted through mosquito vectors, as well as through contact with the tissue of infected animals. Contact with infected tissue is considered to be the main source of human infections. The disease also results in significant economic losses due to death and abortion among RVF-infected livestock.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Rotavirus type A

Rotavirus type A detection test kit by using qPCR. Rotavirus is the most common cause of severe vomiting and diarrhea among infants and young children below the age of five. Viral diarrhea is highly contagious. In addition, rotaviruses infect the young of many species of animals and they are a major cause of diarrhea in wild and reared animals worldwide. As a pathogen of livestock, notably in young calves and piglets, rotaviruses cause economic loss to farmers.

REAL TIME PCR DETECTION KIT Salmonella Dublin Typhimurium and Salmonella spp Bovichek triplex

This real-time PCR (qPCR) kit allows detecting Salmonella Dublin, Typhimurium and Salmonella spp

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Schmallenberg virus

Detection test kit of Schmallenberg virus by using qPCR. Schmallenberg virus (SBV) cause congenital malformations and stillbirths in cattle, sheep, goats, and possibly alpaca. It appears to be transmitted by midges (Culicoides spp.). It has also been detected in most countries of Europe.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Sheeppox virus

Sheeppox virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Sheeppox virus is the etiologic agent of sheeppox on sheep. Sheeppox is a serious, often fatal, and highly contagious disease characterized by widespread skin eruption. Sheep pox is the most severe of all the pox diseases of animals and must be differentiated from the milder infection, contagious ecthyma.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Small ruminant morbillivirus virus

Small ruminant morbillivirus ("Peste-des-petits-ruminants virus") detection test kit by using qPCR. The small ruminant virus is responsible for the Small ruminant morbillivirus disease of sheep and goats. Illness and death can be high (>90%) when Small ruminant morbillivirus occurs in populations of immunologically naive sheep and goats. A unique serotype of PPRV circulates and is classified into 4 genetically distinct lineages with important economic effects.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Streptococcus agalactiae

Streptococcus agalactiae detection test kit by using qPCR. Streptococcus agalactiae (also known as group B Streptococcus) was originally discovered as a cause of bovine mastitis (present also in related ungulates) and is part of the normal bacterial flora colonizing the gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary tract of the human population. S. agalactiae poses a serious threat to lives of neonates and to lives of human. This microorganism is considered one of the major causes of economic losses to dairy producers without a control program.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus

Streptococcus equi subsp.zooepidemicus detection test kit by using qPCR. Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus is a pathogen of animals primarily affecting horses, in whom it can cause diseases in the upper respiratory tract, uterus, umbilicus, and wounds; but its host range also includes swine, ruminants, guinea pig, monkeys, cats, dogs, poultry, and human. Zoonotic transmission of S. equi subsp. zooepidemicus is rare and is usually associated with drinking unpasteurized milk or through contact with horses by persons who usually have underlying health conditions.
