Real Time PCR Detection Kit Streptococcus spp.

Streptococcus spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Streptococcus are not pathogenic and form part of the commensal microbiota of the mouth, skin, intestine, and upper respiratory tract. However, some Streptococcus species infect a barrage of different animals, including humans, with diseases such as pink eye, meningitis, bacterial pneumonia, endocarditis, erysipelas and necrotizing fasciitis. Some of these relevant pathogenic species are S. agalactiae, S. dysgalactiae, S. bovis, S. suis, S. pneumoniae or S. gallolyticus.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Strongylus vulgaris

Strongylus vulgaris detection test kit by using qPCR. Strongylus vulgaris (commonly known as the blood worm), is a common horse parasite in the phylum Nematoda. S. vulgaris is responsible verminous arteritis and is a common cause of colic in horses. Symptoms can range from weightless or dull hair coat to diarrhea, weakness, anorexia and anemia.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Suid herpesvirus 1 (Aujeszky’s disease)

Suid herpesvirus 1 detection test kit by using qPCR. Suid herpesvirus 1 is responsible of Aujeszky’s disease in swine, usually called pseudorabies. Aujeszky’s disease is considered to be the most economically important viral disease of swine in areas where classical swine fever (hog cholera) has been eradicated. Other mammals, such as cattle, sheep, goats, horses, cats, dogs, and raccoons, are also susceptible. In piglets, signs are much more severe and many die within 2 days.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Swine H1N1 influenza A virus

Swine H1N1 influenza A virus detection test kit by using qPCR. Swine H1N1 influenza A virus is one of the subtypes responsible for swine influenza, which can infect humans through a zoonotic transmission from pigs to humans. It is now a human seasonal flu virus that also circulates in pigs. Like the regular flu, swine flu can lead to more serious problems including pneumonia, lung infection, and other breathing problems.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Swine influenza A virus (H1N1 H3N2 and H1N2)

Swine influenza A virus (H1N1, H3N2 and H1N2) detection test kit by using qPCR. There are different subtypes of influenza A known to affect swine, but the three common strains are H1N1, H1N2 and H3N2. Swine influenza A virus is responsible for swine influenza, also called pig influenza, swine flu, hog flu and pig flu. Swine influenza virus is common throughout pig populations worldwide. In pigs, influenza infection produces fever, lethargy, sneezing, coughing, difficulty breathing and decreased appetite.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Taylorella equigenitalis

Taylorella equigenitalis detection test kit by using qPCR. Taylorella equigenitalis is the causative agent of contagious equine metritis in horses. The disease is an inflammatory sexually transmitted disease that is found in both males and females. Once the disease is contracted in the mare, the most common affection is infertility and in pregnant mares, abortion is expected. Other effects in mares, such as cervicitis, endometritis, and varying severities of vaginitis, can occur and occasionally have fatal outcomes.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Theileria equi

Detection test kit of Theileria equi, by using qPCR. Theileria equi, formerly known as Babesia equi, or Nutallia equi, apicomplexa, order Piroplasmida, family Theileriidae, is together with Babesia caballi, the causative agents of equine piroplasmosis. T.equi has an extended geographical distribution and even in tropical regions, it occurs more frequently than B. caballi, also in the Mediterranean basin, Switzerland and the SW of France.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Theileria lestoquardi

Detection test kit of Theileria lestoquardi, by using qPCR. Ovine theileriosis is an important hemoprotozoal disease of sheep and goats in tropical and subtropical regions that leads to economic losses for these animals.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Theileria spp.

Theileria spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. Theileria is a genus of parasitic protozoan closely related to Plasmodium. The organism is transmitted by various tick species including Rhipicephalus, Dermacentor, and Haemaphysalis. Two Theileria species, T. annulata and T. parva, are important cattle parasites. T. annulata causes tropical theileriosis and T. parva causes East Coast fever. T. equi is a known cause of equine piroplasmosis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Trichomonas gallinae

Trichomonas gallinae detection test kit by using qPCR. Trichomonas gallinae is a cosmopolitan protozoan parasite of pigeons, but other birds such as domestic and wild turkeys, chickens, raptors may also become infected. The disease in pigeons is commonly called canker and the same condition in birds of prey is called frounce. T. gallinae is generally found in the oral-nasal cavity or anterior end of the digestive and respiratory tracts. Transmission of the parasite from one bird to another occurs by infected parent feeding young, by contaminated drinking water, or when an infected bird is prey for another bird (raptors most commonly).

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Tritrichomonas foetus

Tritrichomonas foetus by using qPCR. Tritrichomonas foetus is known to be a pathogen of the bovine reproductive tract as well as the intestinal tract of cats. In cattle, the organism is transmitted to the female vagina and uterus from the foreskin of the bull where the parasite is known to reside. It causes infertility, and, at times, has caused spontaneous abortions in the first trimester. In cats, T. foetus mainly causes diarrhea by colonization of the large intestine.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Trueperella pyogenes (syn. Arcanobacterium pyogenes)

Trueperella pyogenes (syn. Arcanobacterium pyogenes) detection test kit by using qPCR. Trueperella pyogenes (formerly Arcanobacterium pyogenes) is found in the skin and mucosa of cattle, goats, horses, musk deer, pigs, and sheep, and less frequently appears in birds such as pigeons and turkeys. Under specific and favorable conditions it is involved in cutaneous and systemic abscesses, mastitis, metritis, and pneumonia.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Trypanosoma vivax

Trypanosoma vivax detection test kit by using qPCR. Trypanosoma vivax is the causative agent of the disease nagana, also known as animal trypanosomiasis, affecting cattle and wild mammals. Symptoms of T. vivax include fever, anorexia, lethargy, anemia, progressive emaciation, a rapid decline in milk production, stillborn offspring, and a return to oestrus. T. vivax transmission occurs through a biological vector, the tsetse fly.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Trypanozoon subgenus (T. evansi T. brucei T. equiperdum)

Trypanozoon subgenus (T. evansi, T. brucei, T. equiperdum) detection test kit by using qPCR. Trypanosomes are responsible for nagana and sleeping sickness; T. evansi, which causes surra; and T. equiperdum which causes horse dourine. The Trypanozoon taxa are morphologically indistinguishable, with the main differences between them being the host or the insect vector that enables their distribution.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Ureaplasma diversum

Ureaplasma diversum by using qPCR. Ureaplasma diversum is a common inhabitant of the vagina and prepuce of cattle which has been associated with various reproductive problems. In cows, vaginitis is a common symptom, with endometritis, salpingitis, early embryonic death, weak calves, and decreased conception rates also reported during and after pregnancy. In bulls, balanoposthitis, impaired spermatozoids, and seminal vesiculitis have been observed. Abortions are usually single, but severe outbreaks occur on occasion.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Viral nervous necrosis

Detection test kit of Viral nervous necrosis by using qPCR. VNN is caused by betanodaviruses (Nodaviridae) and had seriously damaged global marine aquaculture. The diseases caused by these viruses are commonly known as viral nervous necrosis (VNN) or viral encephalopathy and retinopathy (VER). These viruses damage the central nervous system in susceptible fish species.
