DUAL BEAM UV-VISIBLE SPECTROPHOTOMETER
The dual-beam UV-visible spectrophotometer has a color touch panel and control via internal microprocessor or PC (USB and RS232 ports , software not included). 1200 lines/mm Littgow optical system, with silicon photo-diode detector. Manual cuvette holder for 2 cuvettes (1 sample, 1 reference) with 1 cm of light passage. Automatic wavelength adjustment and measurement of parameters: absorbance, transmittance, kinetics, quantitative, sweep and energy. Different dual-beam and single-beam models available.

SPECTROPHOTOMETER FOR MICROPLATES
The microplate spectrophotometer uses optical system with photo-diode detector and monochromator to offer a wide range of wavelengths including the UV-visible range. The optical system allows you to run assays on microplates from 6 to 384 wells quickly and efficiently.
It incorporates a high-tech incubator for precise temperature control and complex agitation movements. Readings can be performed from: end point, kinetics, spectral scan and area scan.
The spectrophotometer is supplied with a Tablet PC for better connectivity through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, allowing quick access to different measurements and results.
