Background:Staphylococcus epidermidis detection by using qPCR.
Staphylococcus epidermidis is a Gram-positive bacterium belonging to the Staphylococcaceae family. It is part of the normal human flora, typically the skin flora, and less commonly the mucosal flora. Previously only regarded as an innocuous commensal microorganism on the human skin, S. epidermidis is nowadays seen as an important opportunistic pathogen, being the most frequent cause of nosocomial infections. S. epidermidis is capable of growing and form biofilms in catheters or other surgical implants, producing infections difficult to treat with antibiotics. As biofilms are intrinsically resistant to antibiotics, biofilm-associated infections are a notorious burden on the increased duration of hospital admissions, medical resources, and healthcare costs. The most vulnerable patients are immune-compromised and premature neonates.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Staphylococcus aureus

Detection by qPCR of all strains of the species Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus aureus is a common cause of skin infections (e.g.boils), respiratory disease (e.g.sinusitis), and food poisoning. Disease-associated strains often promote infections by producing potent protein toxins and expressing cell-surface proteins that bind and inactivate antibodies. The emergence of antibiotic-resistant forms of pathogenic S. aureus (e.g.MRSA) is a worldwide problem in clinical medicine.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus - TwoTarget

Designed for qPCR Detection test kit of Methicillin-resistant strains of the species Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). It is also called multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (ORSA). MRSA is any strain of Staphylococcus aureus that has developed resistance to β-lactam antibiotics, which include the penicillins (methicillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, oxacillin, etc.) and the cephalosporins.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Klebsiella pneumoniae

Klebsiella pneumoniae detection test kit by using qPCR. Klebsiella pneumoniae can cause different types of healthcare-associated infections, including pneumonia, bloodstream infections, wound or surgical infections, urinary tract infections, and meningitis. Despite the most common condition caused outside the hospital is pneumonia, in recent years, Klebsiella species have become important pathogens in nosocomial infections.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Enterococcus spp.

Enterococcus spp. detection test kit by using qPCR. The most common species are E. faecalis and E. faecium. Important clinical infections caused by Enterococcus species include urinary tract infections, bacteraemia, bacterial endocarditis, diverticulitis, and meningitis.

Real Time PCR Detection Kit Tannerella forsythia

Detection test kit of Tannerella forsythia by using qPCR. Tannerella forsythia (previously named Bacteroides forsythus) is an anaerobic, gram negative species of bacteria strongly associated with chronic periodontitis, an inflammatory disease of the tooth-supporting tissues, leading to tooth loss.
